Introducing the Paragon 38 | A result of listening to our community.
In Q2 2025, we surveyed over 10,000 customers and asked a simple question:
“What would you like to see next from Mönch?”
One answer kept rising to the top, a 38mm dial watch. For us, that wasn’t just data, It was direction. At Mönch, we’ve always believed that the strongest products are built in partnership with the people who wear them. Listening carefully to our community has shaped every release so far and this time was no different.
We had dozens of ideas for our first 38mm. Some were bold, some were safe, some looked fantastic on paper, but many were scrapped. Why? Because they didn’t feel like Mönch. As a brand, we’ve built our identity around restrained design, purposeful detailing and timeless proportions. A 38mm case can easily lean too vintage, too sporty, or too minimal and we knew we had to strike a balance that respected our DNA while introducing something new.

Over the following months, we refined case proportions down to fractions of millimetres, Lug curvature, bezel thickness, dial spacing, everything was reconsidered. The goal was simple: Create a 38mm watch that wears modern, feels premium and remains unmistakably Mönch.
We started with proportions.
At 8.5mm in thickness, the watch needed to feel slim and refined on the wrist, versatile enough for daily wear, yet elegant enough to dress up. The case was crafted from 316L stainless steel, chosen for its durability, corrosion resistance and premium finish. The dial went through multiple iterations. Texture, numeral size, date window placement, each detail was tested against our core principle: clarity without clutter. We introduced a date counter with magnifier, ensuring functionality without disrupting symmetry. For durability, we selected sapphire crystal glass, providing scratch resistance and long-term clarity. We applied luminous material to the 12, 6, and 9 numerals, as well as to all hour markers and hands, ensuring the Paragon 38 remains just as striking in low light as it is in daylight.

While product development was underway, we began building the campaign.
Rather than a loud reveal, we focused on storytelling, documenting the journey from survey insight to final prototype. We shared early design sketches, teased close up details and invited our community behind the scenes.
The message was clear: This watch exists because you asked for it.
Our campaign centred around proportion, versatility and precision, positioning the Paragon 38 as the perfect balance between presence and subtlety.
Eight months after that Q2 survey, the idea has become reality.
The Paragon 38 is here.
Created in response to our community.
