When can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect delivery within 2-5 business days for orders shipped to the UK and 2-7 business days for orders outside of the UK.

Our online store is the only place you can purchase a Mönch timepiece. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase we do offer free 30 day returns and exchanges on all of our products.
Can you ship to my country?
We offer international shipping to Europe.
How do I return my order?
Items returned in their original packaging and unused can be done easily through our online return portal. This can be found at the bottom of our website or by visiting: account.monchwatches.com
When will I receive a refund for my returned order?
Our return process can take up to 5 working days starting from the point in which we receive your return. You will receive a notification by email once your return has been processed.

Yes, Mönch timepieces come in one size and can be adjusted to suit your wrist by removing links.
How do I set the date and time on my watch?
Applies to the Peripheral:
Use the crown to adjust both the time and the date.
To set the date, pull out the crown by one step and turn it anti-clockwise. To set the time, pull the crown out by two steps and turn it clockwise.
To set the day complete a full 24 hour cycle to move by one day.
Once the time and date have been set press the crown back in fully to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.
Applies to the Initial & Timeless:

Press the top button to start the chronograph, the middle sub dial hand will then start ticking. Press the top button again to stop the chronograph. It will then stop and indicate the elapsed time. Press the top button again to proceed the chronograph. Press the bottom button to reset the chronograph. The second hand will be reset to starting position.
Please note that the chronograph can only measure up to 60 minutes which is counted on the left subdial.
How long is the Quartz Battery life?
The battery life on our quartz timepieces have an average life of 2 years.
Are Mönch watches water resistant?
Yes, Mönch watches with a 5ATM water resistance can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. This means they can be worn in the shower or rain, and for brief swimming periods.
Mönch timepieces with 10 ATM water resistance can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 100 meters. This means they can be worn showering, swimming, diving into water, snorkeling and high-speed water sports.
